Shipping Policy - Glow Cabin
- We ship across the contiguous United States. Our Curb-side shipping is completely free for items above $1000 USD.
- For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, additional charges apply. Contact us at support@glowcabin.com for a quote.
- International shipping is currently unavailable.
- Please note our high end European line "Thermalux" comes pre assembled from the manufacturer in Europe. Due to fluctuations in maritime freights and import tariffs we will call you to dicuss freight and import costs for your order. You will need to arrange for Off-loading from a flat-bed truck by a crane or extended forklift at the at your delivery site.
Order Acknowledgment:
After you place your order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email from us. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase, we will charge your credit card for the pre authorized amount as soon as the order is processed. Most accessories and pre-built saunas are ready for immediate dispatch. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Transit times vary from 5-14 business days.
Order Shipment procedure.
All saunas ship Free of Charge from the warehouse wrapped and palletized for your Freight Carrier. Depending on your location in the country your sauna will be delivered within 7-14 days of your order.
All saunas get delivered on 18-wheeler tractor trailer, or large semi-trucks, curb-side delivery only. It will come on a lift gate truck. The liftgate will lower your palletized sauna to the ground and the driver will use a pallet jack to move the sauna off the street. The driver will do not take the sauna indoors or to your garage, only to the curb or end of a regular paved the driveway.

The Freight Carrier will call you to schedule an appointment, which you have 3 days to accept without incurring storage fees, Freight Carriers usually want to deliver within 48 hours of contacting the customer.
The freight Carrier will never attempt delivery to your address without contacting you and they do not deliver on weekends.
Order Tracking.
We will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided for your order within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@glowcabin.com
Tracking provided is not the day the item will be deliver to you. The tracking provided is for the transit from the warehouse to the closest shipping terminal to your address.
Special Note:
Please note that special charges may apply if you needs to change delivery address or if you fail to receive the item on the agreed delivery appointment:
1) Change of address charge:
a. Same city and freight terminal ($85.00)
b. Different city and different freight terminal ($150.00 and up)
2) Redelivery charge:
a. $95.00 for 2nd attempt
b. $150.00 for 3rd attempt
3) Storage charge:
a. $125.00 per day, after the 3rd day at the destination terminal.
We never recommend anyone try to carry the boxes. It is recommended that you break down the pallet and the sauna boxes outside and bring each sauna panel in one at a time. This makes for quick light work.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.
Some times order delays are unavoidable and outside of our control, specially around peak season due to high demand of carriers. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
