Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy - Glow Cabin

At Glow Cabin Saunas, we strive to ensure your experience with us is delightful, seamless, and transparent. This are our Return and Refund policies. Should you have further inquiries please contact us at support@glowcabin.com 

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach our agents during business hours by text at  +1 (479) 202 4459,  or email support@glowcabin.com.

Due to payment processing fees, please note that all cancellations will incur a 3% transaction fee.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order

These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. We guarantee a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please contact us by email to support@glowcabin.com.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Damaged or Defective product.

Rest assured that you will not be responsible for return shipping and handling charges for items that need to be returned due to damage in transit.

Damage upon delivery

We inspect the product before it leaves the warehouse and guarantee a fully functional product that is not damaged. 
On very rare occasions, a product may suffer damage in transit. 

Customer accepts to inspect the packaging of item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, do not sign for delivery.  

If the item(s) arrive visibly damaged please do not sign for delivery and send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to support@glowcabin.com. Please send photos and / or videos within 24 hours of attempted delivery to facilitate the freight damage claim.

Concealed Damage upon delivery
Customer accepts  to open and inspect your product promptly after delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is damage that was not visible when you signed for delivery. Please provide the pictures to Glow Cabin via email to support@glowcabin.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to process a freight damage claim.

Defective Product

We provide 30 day period for you to set up, use your product and,  in case the product is not working as expected, initiate a claim.

Please contact us via email to support@glowcabin.com within 30 days of the product being delivered with an explanation of the problem. We will work with you to fix your product to fully functionally condition, or replace the defective part. 

Warranty

Warranty covers damage that occurs over time from normal use. Each product comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer - see individual product pages for warranty details on each product. 

Refunds, Returns and exchanges, due to customer mistake or customer remorse.

Returns and exchanges

We provide you with 30 days to return or exchange your product for any reason other then damaged in transit or a defect we are able to fix or replace.

To initiate a return or exchange

Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to initiate the process.

You, as the customer, will be responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs that are not due to damaged or fixable defects.

All returns and exchanges for non-damaged, or fixable defective products will incur in a 25% of the product price as a restocking fee. 

We can not process returns or exchanges after 30 days of the order.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card / form of payment that you used when placing your order.

Refusing an order for any reason other then visible damage is considered a return.

Requirements for refunds and exchanges due to customer mistake or customer remorse.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Received an authorization number from us to initiate the return or exchange 
  • Returned to our warehouse at the customer's expense

Our warehouse will inspect the product to ensure these conditions are met. Once the product is checked and confirmed to meet the requirements, the refund or exchange (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your side and want you to have a great shopping and product experience. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you received, please contact us, we will help resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please give us a call and we will work to resolve the issue with you.
